So first, I love it. It's the best to drink your coffee/tea with your Waifu and see her all the time while working. The Quality is really good, when something changes I will review again.

I also have to say, you will get the best customer care service in the world. When you need help with anything, just ask him and when it's possible he will try to help you with all what he can.

The only thing is the pictures are a bit darker than you may think from the examples, but i lt really depends on the ligth, but that shouldn't be a problem... Also maybe it's a bit expensive, not only the tumbler itself, but when you are not in USA you have to pay like 25$ shipping and 15? customs (Germany)

But well it's the beginning and there you have to sell your product a bit higher to get enough from it, maybe in a year or later the price will be a bit lower...

But still I love it and don't regret buying it?
